I hereby give notice that an extraordinary Meeting of the PARISH COUNCIL of the above-named Parish will be held at Eggington Village Hall on Wednesday 2nd September starting at 7.00 pm – further details can be obtained from the Clerk.
The Parish Council have the opportunity to take on the running and maintenance of the Village Hall.
We invite all Parishioners to an extraordinary meeting on Tuesday 2nd September 7pm at the village hall to answer questions, taking points of view and suggestions.
We look forward to seeing you there.
All members of the Council are hereby summoned to attend, for the purpose of considering and resolving upon the business to be transacted at the meeting, as set out hereunder.
Members of the public are invited to address the Council between 7.00 pm and 7.15pm.
