I hereby give notice that a Meeting of the PARISH COUNCIL of the above-named Parish will be held at Eggington Village Hall on Wednesday 3rd April starting at 7:30 p.m.
The annual parish meeting will be held immediately after.
Exact details can be obtained from the Clerk.
All members of the Council are hereby summoned to attend, for the purpose of considering and resolving upon the business to be transacted at the meeting, as set out hereunder.
Members of the public are invited to address the Council between 7:30 p.m. and 7:45 p.m.

Addendum – due to all councillors arriving early the decision was made to start the Annual meeting at 07:10 and carry straight through to the council meeting, with a pause for when members of the public (one attendee) arrived at 7:30pm.
